About Me
I am a highly experienced senior leader, who has always been deeply committed to supporting the individuals, teams and organisations I have worked with to thrive and be at their best.
Much of my 20 year career as a consultant & business leader has involved creating safe and trusted space for individuals to share their stories and in doing so, understand what is working well and less well for them, and how they could do things differently to bring about positive change.
Inspired by the belief that every individual possesses the inherent capacity for self-discovery and growth, I partner with clients to support them to gain clarity and focus, unlock fresh thinking and pave the way for transformation.
