Working together
My coaching and mentoring practice is grounded in partnership, reflection and sustained learning. I work with individuals and teams in a thoughtful, relational way, supporting deeper self-understanding, meaningful behavioural change, and ways of leading and working that feel authentic and sustainable.

I usually work with clients through a focused series of 60-minute sessions, creating space for deeper reflection, learning, and meaningful change over time. Sessions are typically arranged fortnightly or monthly and can take place online, in person where possible, or in a hybrid format. Between sessions, short check-ins can be arranged if helpful.

I also work with teams and groups over a series of sessions, and often combine team and individual coaching where this is helpful.

Fees are discussed and agreed as part of our initial conversation and reflect the nature, scope and duration of the work. I aim to work in ways that are fair, transparent and appropriate to each context.

Initial chemistry session
Before beginning any coaching or mentoring work, I offer a complimentary 60-minute introductory conversation. This provides an opportunity for us to explore what you’re looking for, how I work and whether we feel we are a good fit.

There is no obligation to continue beyond this session. If we decide to work together, we will agree a focus, format and rhythm that best supports your goals and priorities.
